RETURNS

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however we understand that there are occasions where you may wish to exchange or return items in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of October 2015. We would kindly ask you keep your original packaging your order was delivered in for returns and contact our Customer Service Team.

Any discrepancy with an order including incorrect colour, quantity or size has to be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving your goods.  It is the customers responsibility to check all orders on delivery and report any discrepancies within the 48-hour time limit.

FAULTS AND DAMAGES

Whilst every effort is made to ensure products are designed and packaged well, unfortunately there may cases where a fault or damage has occurred.  Upon receiving your order, you find your order is damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Service Team on 01440 382016 or email: sales@supremelp.co.uk.

Returns carriage costs will be borne by the sender.
